Shipping

We ship across India and International

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time:
Domestic orders are delivered within 8–10 business days.

International orders are delivered within the applicable courier timelines and may vary by destination.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic: Free shipping across India
International: ₹4,000 for orders up to ₹50,000
International: Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000

Refused or Undelivered Packages:
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll issue a full refund for the order value, less a ₹500 deduction towards shipping costs. Contact us at support@thedraftxx.com if your package is being returned so we can help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Draft XX is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery, contact the courier service immediately and file a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure location or providing delivery instructions to prevent theft.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional ₹500 shipping fee. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be certain. If the fit or feel isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window:
14 days from the delivery date.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Original packaging is required
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

What We Accept:

Size exchanges
Product returns for a full refund
Returns of individual items from multi-item orders

What We Don't Accept:

Items marked as final sale
Worn, altered, or damaged items
Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return:
Email us at support@thedraftxx.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return instructions and arrange the pickup.

Return Shipping:
For returns due to change of mind or size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. ₹500 will be deducted from the refund amount towards return shipping.

For defective or incorrect items, Draft XX will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges:
Email us at support@thedraftxx.com to initiate a size exchange or contact us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange pickup of the original item and ship the new size once we receive it back.

Exchange Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges for size exchanges. The replacement size will be shipped by Draft XX at no additional shipping cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@thedraftxx.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, as applicable.

SALE & Discounted Items

Note: SALE & discounted items are final sale — no exchanges, refunds, or returns. Delivery timelines may be slightly extended during the sale period.
