We ship across India. International shipping coming soon.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time:
5-10 business days

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on orders above ₹7,500
Standard shipping: ₹500

Refused or Undelivered Packages:
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll issue a full refund for the order value minus shipping costs (₹200 deduction). Contact us at support@thedraftxx.com if your package is being returned so we can help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Draft XX is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery, contact the courier service immediately and file a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure location or providing delivery instructions to prevent theft.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee of ₹200. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be certain. If the fit or feel isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window:
14 days from delivery date

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Original packaging required
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

What We Accept:

Size exchanges
Product returns for a full refund
Partial returns from multi-item orders

What We Don't Accept:

Items marked as final sale
Worn, altered, or damaged items
Items without original tags or packaging

Partial Returns:
You can return individual items from a multi-item order. If your original order qualified for free shipping (above ₹7,500) but the remaining items fall below that threshold, the shipping cost (₹200) will be deducted from your credit note.

How to Return:

Email us at support@thedraftxx.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll send you return instructions and arrange pickup
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a credit note within 5-7 business days

Credit Notes:
All approved returns are issued as credit notes, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Use your credit note on any future purchase at Draft XX.

Return Shipping:

Free returns on defective or incorrect items
Customer covers return shipping for size exchanges or change of mind (₹200 deducted from credit note)

Exchanges

Size Exchanges:
Email us at support@thedraftxx.com to initiate a size exchange or contact us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange pickup of the original item and ship the new size once we receive it back. Exchange shipping is free.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@thedraftxx.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a credit note—your choice.
